Thermometer Calibration Bath
Constant temperature calibration bath for liquid-in-glass thermometers, dial
thermometers, digital thermometers and other temperature measuring
instruments. Consists of an oil bath with digital electronic control
providing temperature uniformity of ±0.02°C in the range –30°C to +200°C.
Accessory Standard Thermometer is calibrated and certified traceable to NIST
standards. Turntable rack inserts in bath to immerse six thermometers or
temperature probes and the standard thermometer. Bath depth of 12" (30.5cm)
accommodates all partial immersion thermometers and most 15" total
immersion thermometers.
Features digital setpoint and display (°C/°F switchable) of bath temperature
for maximum convenience, and over-temperature control to prevent accidental
overheating. Built-in cooling coil permits circulation of tap water or
refrigerated coolant to permit operation at sub-ambient temperatures or to
facilitate rapid cool down for multi-point calibrations. Equipped with drains
for oil bath and ice bath.
